

Her cumulative experiences have given her intimate knowledge of the fashion cycle from concept through to is globally renowned in fashion and luxury brand building, management consulting, structural organization, and executive search. She partnered closely with her designers on Product Development, Design and Branding. While there, she worked with designers including Erickson Beamon, Orla Kiley, Martine Sitbon, Luella Bartley and Issa among others. Meghan then moved to New York to join Showroom Seven where she specialized in Accessories and Jewelry. Meghan traveled throughout the US and Europe in search of new brands and emerging talent. She introduced many new designers to the SF market while in this role. Meghan began her career on the retail side and then moved to wholesale as the head-buyer and merchandiser at the progressive women’s boutique Behind the Post Office, in San Francisco. Prior to working in executive search, Meghan held key positions in San Francisco and New York. Her expertise is in Fashion Apparel and Accessories, Design, Art and Creative Direction. Meghan led searches across the US and Europe. Her Clients have included Abercrombie & Fitch, Alexander Wang, Calvin Klein, Coach, Estee Lauder, Gap, Inc., Kate Spade, Lululemon, NARS, Nike, The Row, Tiffany & Co., Tory Burch, West Elm and LVMH.īefore joining BOND, Meghan was the Head Fashion Recruiter at the global creative search firm, Janou Pakter, Inc.

Leonardo began his career in the arts working as the Artistic Director for an internationally respected art gallery in SoHo where he discovered, nurtured and managed artists. Leonardo is on the Board of Trustees of Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles where he focuses on the future of creative education. Leonardo founded BCAP (BOND Creative Advancement Program) to impact diversity in the creative industry through mentorships, internships and scholarships. His role as Executive Producer ranges from financial investments to hands-on producing for narrative film, television projects and documentaries. Leonardo’s draw to storytelling led him to establish BOND Motion Pictures, a film production company with a focus on bringing under-represented stories to the world.
